Waikowhai primary school had a Amazing race. If you don't know what a amazing race is it is simuliar to an Easter egg hunt but we get into groups of 4 and 1 person will be the reader (the reader has to read the clues out loud to their teammates) Then they have to run to the place that the clue describes. Another person of the group would be the responsible one their job is to keep the whole group together. Once they found the place there will be a piece of paper stuck to it that says a word on the piece of paper that has the clue on it will be a empty box next to the clue where you have to write the word. When we found all 20 words we have to sort all the words in to 2 sentences that make sense. Bye hope you had fun reading my super long blog please comment and feel welcome to add feedback. Hey there Ayva! My name is Parwin and I am a year 7 from Yaldhurst Model School. It sounds like you had a lot of fun doing the amazing race! I wish we had an amazing race, but it is similar to when we did like an orienteering sort of things we we had to look for clues and find the words. I think maybe next time you could add photos of when you were doing the orienteering race if anybody did take any photos! But apart from that you did an amazing blog post!
